All items are final sale, and are non-refundable following purchase. 

If an item is inaccurately represented in our product listing, please contact us for further evaluation. 

To ensure an item is best suited to you, please read all product listing details such as measurements and condition grading, and view all photos to assess the quality of the product.

DAMAGES/LOSS UPON ARRIVAL

Once an item is dispatched from our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred while it is in transit. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on any products.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received your inquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
